What material are your wheels made of?
Our wheels are made of top grade cast aluminum. We now proudly carry forged titanium wheels under our MonoBlockand Three Piece Forged lines.

How are the wheels made?
Our Ambit Standard Series are manufactured using the gravity cast method, which is the most common method of wheel making. Most OEM wheels are still being made this way today. Gravity casting produces a high-quality, cost effective wheel that endures the rigors of track abuse and spirited driving.

Our Roto-Forged Series are manufactured using Flow Form Technology, which is the most modern and advanced way of creating a wheel. The end product is a lightweight, high-quality wheel that is more durable than gravity casted wheels. We highly recommend Flow Form wheels to any serious car enthusiast.

Where are the wheels made?
Our wheels are made overseas by top certified wheel manufacturers in the same factories where many OEM wheels and other high-end wheels are produced.

Will my OEM lug nuts fit?
No, our wheels require 60 degree conical seating lug nuts to install properly. They are not compatible with OEM stock lug nuts. Lug nuts are not included with the purchase of your wheels.

Why can I only add 1 or 2 wheels to my cart? I'm trying to order a full set of 4 wheels. Is this a glitch?
This error message will most likely appear if our inventory is too low. Sometimes, there might only be one or two wheels of a certain spec, offset and color left. This is not a glitch, but our system letting the customer know that four wheels cannot be added to the cart. Contact us if you want to check inventory.

Can I order 2 wheels now and 2 wheels later?
We always recommend ordering a full set at once. We understand that sometimes financials might make that a little difficult, but we can't guarantee that the specific wheel in the exact finish will stay in stock. Our finishes also may not be the exact same as we are always looking to improve our products. We do not reserve any products for customers. All orders are fulfilled as we receive them to ensure your wheels are delivered quickly to you.

Order Processing time?
Orders are usually processed in 2-3 business days, unless otherwise specified. During busy peak seasons, it may take 2 or more business days due to the high volume of orders. We will do our best to service you as fast as we can. You will receive updates of processing and shipping through email.

How do orders ship?
Most orders ship via FedEx Ground, unless otherwise noted. Tracking is automatically sent to your email once your order has been processed.

The tracking number doesn’t work.
Please allow the carrier's system some time to update the status and location of your order. If your tracking status is not updated in 48 hours, please contact us  and include your order number.

Response time to emails & questions?
It generally takes us 1-2 business days to respond to emails. Response time may vary depending on the volume of emails we receive.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, we only accept returns on eligible orders. Eligible orders are wheels that have NOT been mounted or installed and are still in their original packaging. Wheels that have been mounted or installed are automatically INELIGIBLE for a return. ALL eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Buyer must take full responsibility for return shipping costs and the original cost of shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount. Non-negotiable.

Do you offer custom sizing?
We do not currently offer custom sizing.

I ordered wheels and the box and caps say DOSS. What the heck is DOSS?
Doss is our flow form subset of Ambit that we decided to merge back under Ambit. It's still our brand and still our products.
